Note: The refund for third-party sellers depends on their eligibility criteria for each and their terms and conditions. MasterClass does not entertain a refund policy if you have purchased via third-party sellers.

Getting a refund from the Amazon App Store can be difficult. This is because Amazon generally does not offer refunds if you do not like the product according to their refund policy.

2. Google Play Store

Google Play Store offers refunds only within the first 48 hours of your purchase. However, getting a refund from Google Play Store can be tricky and difficult. 

Once you submit a request for refund, you will be contacted within 1-5 business days. Google Play Store suggests you to get in touch with the developer that is MasterClass. 

However, MasterClass directly claims that it does not offer refunds for third-party sellers. 

3. Apple Store

Apple Store also offers a refund policy. However, it varies from one country to another. It is better to check your country’s refund eligibility before applying for a refund through the Apple Store. 

You can apply for a refund by reporting a problem. You can explain why you want to apply for a refund and Apple will contact you within 48 hours regarding your issue. 

Remember, you will not be able to contact MasterClass directly for the refund through the Apple Store. 

4. Roku 

If you have purchased MasterClass from Roku, I have bad news for you. Roku does not offer any money-back policy on their purchases.

However, you can still try to get a refund through Roku by contacting their support in case you have made an accidental MasterClass purchase. 

What’s my experience with MasterClass Refund?
